Sappir Argov was born in Orlando, Florida and is the daughter of two immigrants from the Middle East. Growing up, she had a love for Disney movies and developed her passion for acting at a young age. Her first “breakout role” was as at eight years-old as “Narrator 6” in a stage production of Aladin. Luckily, things only improved from there. She went on to star in multiple performances at Next Generation Kids Theater like Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and finally in her first lead role as Cruella de Vil in One Hundred and One Dalmatians. Sappir then went on to star as Cleopatra at JAO’s musical Night at the Wax Museum and was accepted into Trinity Preparatory’s prestigious theater program where she played Edith Frank in the stage play Anne Frank. During her teen years, Sappir took film and television classes and fell in love with acting for the screen. While at Flagler Film Academy she landed her first film lead in the short Picture Perfect. Sappir went on to train for three years at Sound Stage 4 Productions under the direction of the late actor/director Wayne Roberts. Her film Come to Me Ms. Ripples (Dir. Wayne Roberts) premiered at the Orlando Filmmakers Festival. She is also the creator, writer, and lead actress in her own original romantic comedy narrative podcast “Passing Through” which hit its peak as number 91 in the top 100 for Comedy Fiction Apple Podcasts in the United States. At Savannah College of Art and Design, Sappir continued to pursue a career in film and TV, acting in short films for the NYU Tisch MFA program, commercials, and fashion films. She looks forward to her next chapter with a recent move to Los Angeles.

Sappir is primarily trained in the methods of Uta Hagen and Stella Adler, but has taken additional craft trainings that include the Meisner Method under Nickelodeon star Betty Monroe, as well as Stanislavsky and Chekov. She loves discovering a character together with the director and her scene-partners and is passionate about characters that deconstruct the complexity of human relationships.
